TASTING NOTES
Medium lemon-yellow colour. On the nose it presents slight floral notes of chamomile, with a predominance of citrus sensations of lemon and orange, ending with a tropical touch of pineapple, later evolving into notes of minerality. In the mouth, its high acidity transmits a lot of freshness, with a good fruit character associated with a pleasant greasiness sensation derived from its ageing in barrels. Overall, it is elegant and well structured, revealing a high intensity and a long finish.
